Position Overview

We are seeking talented, goal orientated, and highly motivated people to join our professional sales team.  Our team consists of leaders in insurance, finance, estate, business and family planning.

Develop and cultivate a client base

Consistently meet and exceed Company production goals. 

Market and sell appropriate products, including life insurance, annuities, long term care insurance, disability insurance and investments.

Comply with all industry and Company rules and regulations.

Utilize data, marketing trends, and industry knowledge to develop and implement a personal business and marketing plan.

Analyze, prepare and deliver presentations to clients through the effective use of information and product knowledge.

Demonstrate outstanding client service and support by continuing to assist current clients in achieving their changing financial objectives.

Actively participate in on going training provided by the Company.

Attend firm meetings and required training sessions.


Bachelor’s degree desired

Proven achievement in leadership

Current, valid driver’s license

Goal orientated and highly motivated self starter

Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills


US Citizen

Life and Health insurance License upon hire

Obtain Series 6 and 63 within 12 months of employment
