Jim is the manager of our recruiting department.  He has been in the insurance business for over 30 years.  He started out as an agent in Des Moines and moved to the home office with American Mutual Life where he was responsible for the New Business Department.

In 1989, Jim was promoted to Regional Vice President with the insurance company, and was responsible for recruiting, developing and retaining agents.

In January of 2006, Jim joined Central Financial Group, one of the insurance company's leading agencies, to become the Director of Recruiting.

Jim and his wife, Diana, who reside in West Des Moines, have been married for 31 years and have two grown children; Ben , their son, and their daughter Megan Yeager, who along with her husband, Kevin, have given Jim and Diana two granddaughters, Afton and Erin who are the delight of these proud grandparents!
